Part1: To test each film with transformer before installation, in order to know if it is problem of film or installation in case film doesn’t work after installation.   Part2: After film test is ok, to clean both surfaces of PDLC film with ethanol and dust-free paper. Part3: To clean glass surface with ethanol & dust-free paper, no water! Then to clear glass with adhesive roller. (Important: Glass surface must be completely cleaned, to prevent bubbles occurred later on.) Part4: To position PDLC film on glass, busbar is in correct side, side with adhesive layer face to glass!（There are protective foils on each side of film, side with adhesive layer must be installed on glass.） Test: To connect wires of busbar with transformer, to plug in and switch ON / OFF to test.( After PDCL film works well, to fix the wires, keep away from the water or human touching.)      

1. Theroy of Smart Glass / Smart Film   Electrodes from a power supply are attached to smart glass. When no applied voltage, the liquid crystals are randomly arranged in the droplets, resulting in scattering of light as it passes through the smart window assembly. This results in the translucent, "milky white" appearance. When a voltage is applied to the electrodes, the electric field formed between the two transparent electrodes on the glass causes the liquid crystals to align, allowing light to pass through the droplets with very little scattering and resulting in a transparent state.

No, it is cut into small pieces of glass with different colors according to the pattern, and then inlaid with lead, copper or zinc strips.   ---What happens if colored mosaic glass is exposed to ultraviolet rays all year round? The glass itself is colored glass, and the drawn pattern is fired at high temperature (this process is different from any other kinds of art glass). The drawn color is directly melted into the glass. So even if it is exposed to ultraviolet rays all year round, it can be guaranteed THE COLOR NEVER FADES.
