Part1:
To test each film with transformer before installation, in order to know if it is problem of film or installation in case film doesn’t work after installation.
Part2:
After film test is ok, to clean both surfaces of PDLC film with ethanol and dust-free paper.
Part3:
To clean glass surface with ethanol & dust-free paper, no water! Then to clear glass with adhesive roller.
(Important: Glass surface must be completely cleaned, to prevent bubbles occurred later on.)
Part4:
To position PDLC film on glass, busbar is in correct side, side with adhesive layer face to glass!（There are protective foils on each side of film, side with adhesive layer must be installed on glass.）
Test:
To connect wires of busbar with transformer, to plug in and switch ON / OFF to test.( After PDCL film works well, to fix the wires, keep away from the water or human touching.)
